ABOUT

Miss Cynthia was born in Los Angeles. She grew up in Sylmar, CA, and attended First Lutheran School from Kindergarten through 12th Grade. She acquired a Preschool Certificate in 1997 and a degree in Early Childhood Education in 1998. When she is not at school, she enjoys hiking, playing softball, and most of all, watching Dodger Baseball.

Monica Silva

Preschool Teacher

ABOUT

Miss Monica is originally from Rancagua, Chile. She, her husband, and two children now reside in Valley Village. Besides studies in Social Work, Miss Monica has over 25 units of Early Childhood Education from UCLA. She has over 10 years of experience working with children in daycare and preschool programs. In 2008, she received an award for Excellence in the Classroom. Her special interests include reading, writing, hiking, bike riding, and spending time with her family.
